Outstanding Weekend

My family and I all had a great time at Rico Villas. After our friday arrival, we spent the day at the pool relaxing, listening to great music and chatting w/ the friendly neighbors. Then it was down to the beach for a late lunch, coctails and the spectacular sunset. Saturday we went on a 66 ft Catamaran day trip. What a day, the highlight seeing my 3 1/2 yr old daughter swimming off the boat, while the rest of the group was snorkeling near the reefs. Sunday we toured Playa Avellana, Playa Negra and a cool Jungle Lodge before heading back to Playa Tamarindo for late afternoon sun and fun. An outstanding weekend.

Rico, Hi, hope you are OK. I am sending you the certification I talked about. It says the following:
File 13139P
Client:Logro LLC, S.A.
File Opened: 10/31/august
Process: New Application

And then it spedifies when we did the well july 11 2008 and specifications of the well that are in the report. When it is approoved they will fill the spaces that have blanks (human use and turism)
So, it is still in process.

The Well & Concesion

Hi Rico, as promised I am attaching you the information about the well and the concesion:

As I explained by phine, please be aware of the definition of the processes we have and are working:

1: The Disponibility of Water,we have this already since last year. This document is the legal document that responds for the well that has been constructed and the water we can use. With this document we can process any requirements or tramits to obtain a construction permit and to construct. This is given by the MINAE and stablishes that we have water to use.The owner is free to process any tramit and then start construction.
2.-The Concesion of the well, in tramit: this stablishes, once obtained, what the owner will pay to the MINAE for the use of the water we have in the well. This is a legal process that stablishes to the government that Llogro is going to pay a fee for the water. This process means only this issue. The attachment is about this process and says at the beginning:(translation)
“The MINAET has registered that the concesion of the use of the water, due to the information registered in the existing file at this office has the Disponibility of Water in quality and enough quantity for the project in anlysis in order to give the concesion.This is in tramit”

I hope that with this evryone understands that you have already the permit of the water to go on with the project and that you have done and are doing the work correctly and legaly.
